Replacement Program
At Cannondale, your safety is a priority to us, and we understand accidents happen. With our Helmet Crash Replacement Program, we will provide a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership. Outside of the first year, a 50% discount will be offered for up to four years after purchase.
Minimum requirements to qualify for our crash replacement discount
1. Damage must be from a bicycle related crash or impact.
2. Helmet must be sold through Cannondale.com or an Authorized Cannondale Retailer
3. Helmet must be registered on cannondale.com within 30 days of purchase.
4. Valid for original owner with proof of purchase.
5. Cases of helmet abuse are not eligible for replacement.
6. Replacement color and model to be closest to original and/or available.
