We understand that accidents happen and want you to have confidence that we stand behind our HollowGram carbon wheels. If you crack or break a wheel while riding within the first two years after purchases, we will replace or repair the affected wheel free of charge. This promise is in addition to our limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Eligibility:
The wheelset or bike equipped with original-equipment HollowGram carbon wheels must be registered on cannondale.com within 30-days of purchase by the original owner.
Not Covered:
Modifications; transportation damage; wear and tear; scratches; UV fading; worn/damaged decals or paint, spokes, spoke nipples, bearings, seals, freehubs, valve cores, rim tape; and shipping damage.
